TERMS & CONDITIONS

alphaLAUNCH is pleased to present our Terms and Conditions, which govern the services we provide to you. These Terms, along with the provided Quote/Production Estimate, constitute the agreement between us for delivering alphaLAUNCH's services.

1. Scope of Services:

1.1. Services Provided: alphaLAUNCH will deliver the services outlined in the provided Quote/Production Estimate. If the scope of work changes during the project, we will discuss and agree upon any necessary adjustments to the services and associated costs promptly.

1.2. Client Collaboration: To ensure optimal results, we rely on timely and accurate information from you. We will assume all information you provide is complete and accurate unless informed otherwise.

1.3. Additional Costs: Expenses such as courier services or printed proofs from external printers, if required, will be charged to the client.

1.4. Termination: If you decide to terminate the contract after work has commenced, you will be invoiced for the completed work up to that point.

1.5. Force Majeure: alphaLAUNCH is not liable for any delays or failures to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
 

2. Payment Terms:

2.1. Invoice Settlement: Invoices should be settled via bank transfer to alphaLAUNCH's designated bank account within 14 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise. Ownership of all work remains with alphaLAUNCH until full payment is received.

2.2. Third-Party Services: Our estimates exclude third-party costs such as photography, illustration, video production, and sound recording unless specified. We may engage specialists for services outside our expertise, with costs quoted accordingly.
 

3. Project Scope:

3.1. Scope Documentation: For most projects, alphaLAUNCH will provide a scoping document detailing the project's functionality. Once approved, any changes beyond the agreed scope will be treated as new updates and priced accordingly.
 

4. Content Provision:

4.1. Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing the necessary information about your business and marketing objectives. alphaLAUNCH is not liable for errors in content supplied by you; any resulting changes may incur additional charges.

4.2. Content Format: All text and graphic materials should be provided in suitable digital formats. Images should be in JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PNG, or PSD formats, and text in Microsoft Word documents. Providing content in other formats may result in additional costs.

4.3. Image Quality: Client-supplied images should be high-resolution (300 DPI) for print purposes. For web use, lower resolution images are acceptable. We assume all images provided are owned by the client or properly licensed.

4.4. Permissions: If using images of individuals, especially minors, it is assumed that you have obtained the necessary permissions for their use.

4.5. Intellectual Property: You grant alphaLAUNCH permission to use your logos and other company identifiers for project purposes. You agree to indemnify alphaLAUNCH against any claims arising from your failure to obtain proper copyright permissions for supplied content.
 

5. Miscellaneous:

5.1. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

5.2. Amendments: Any amendments to these Terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

 

By engaging alphaLAUNCH's services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
